PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

WHAT’S THE GIG?
The Production Coordinator is responsible for helping implement and maintain the production workflow and providing administrative and on-set support to the Production Department, reporting directly to the Producer.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

  • Partner closely with Producers and other key production roles to oversee all elements of physical production.

  • Assist with booking and managing crew workload / schedules.

  • Manage and keep track of crew and vendor contracts and paperwork.

  • Coordinate and assist with pick up / drop off of props and gear as needed.

  • Create and distribute Pre-Production agendas and call sheets to both crew and talent

  • Maintain crew relations in collaboration with Producers and Production Manager

  • Maintain, reconcile and submit corporate credit card receipts and logs 

  • Manage production spreadsheets and calendars 

  • Coordinate Production Department meetings

  • Arrange talent and production staff COVID testing and paperwork  

  • Assist with crew and talent travel accommodations when necessary

  • Coordinate transportation for talent to and from set when necessary

  • Provide on-set support as needed 


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 3+ years previous production experience

  • Availability in traditional work hours as well as outside hours, including weekends when necessary

  • Software requirements: Google Suite, Smartsheet, Slack, Trello, Monday.com, Studio Binder a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player, “can do” attitude, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization and external contacts

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a very fast-paced production environment

  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints

  • Talent for anticipating needs

  • Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information
